2 158 Abstract This study deals with the created substitutions that could lead children outside school or those who abandoned schools in general education in the Sudan to come back to school and continue their education. The study depends on the collected educational literature related to the issue, such as scientific references, research findings, conferences, symposia, workshops and university dissertations. The study follows the analytical descriptive method and it has achieved a number of recommendations that might make children who dropped out school return and reduce the phenomenon of children abandoning education. The main recommendations include the following: Being aware of the importance of implementing the compensatory curriculum for Basic Level Education and establishing the secondary institutes for the holy Quran and Islamic studies, in its new version. Thus, in addition to the expansion in school nutrition programme which could be generalized allover the country in the rural and poor areas.
